What better time to try new things when absolutely everything seems like an entirely new thing?
Years ago, the garden grew potatoes in one of the fenced garden’s plot. It was labor-intensive and not greatly beloved. The results were delicious, but local potatoes are affordable to purchase at stores and farmers markets.
How will this new way of growing be? We’ll find out this season. This is a small experiment. We’re not growing full shares of potatoes, but rather whatever manages to grow that we’ll share amongst ourselves.
