Fall Equinox: Endings and beginnings
The fall equinox is upon us and, of course, the garden. We’re back in sweatshirts and things are changing fast.
The tomatoes have all been picked. Gary, Pamela & Chris pull out tomato plants.
Here lie four rows of what were once productive tomato plants.
Colleen finds nearly ripe ears in the third (and last) planting of corn
Sam picks cherry tomatoes. Many are still ripening. They are protected by row cover from early frosts.
Norma and Cindy have picked all the onions, which are now drying.
Clean the onion, toss the onion.
