Happy Garden Gnome This spinach is so delicious that we want to plant it again next season. Meanwhile, we will be eating it fresh until well after hard frost. Maybe even longer! The squash is creamy, moist Guatemalan blue. The greens include French sorrel, arugula, black seeded Simpson lettuce, spinach, and tat soy.
